Keoki joined G/M Property Group after an eleven-year career as an Air Force Officer and combat aviator. He has been actively investing in income-producing real estate since 2016 ranging from single-family homes, multifamily and most recently in affordable housing.
Keoki became a commissioned officer in the Air Force in 2011 and successfully completed two years of both fixed and rotary wing pilot training. He served as an instructor pilot with over 1,000 hours flying HH-60G Helicopters all over the world including Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Turkey, and Jordan. Additionally, he was in charge of over 60 aircrew and 5 aircraft; his duties included maintaining combat readiness, synchronizing operations with other military units, and multilateral project management.
He further distinguished himself by being selected to instruct at the Air Force’s Junior Officer Course teaching international affairs, leadership, and strategy.
His experience on the flight line and in the classroom has prepared him to serve his clients with precision, foresight, and grit throughout the entire transaction process.
He resides in Fletcher, NC with his wife and daughter. Speaks fluent Spanish and Italian.
