In April 2001, Jeremy Goldstein and John Menkes formed G/M in order to meet the growing demand for commercial real estate sophistication and expertise in Western North Carolina. DISPOSITIONS: Proactive vs. passive. G/M executes a rigorous marketing process that has been developed, refined and proven to maximize value on behalf of our clients since 1994.

ACQUISITIONS: Get access to the best opportunities. G/M identifies and clearly articulates complex issues, negotiates contracts, coordinates due diligence and assists through closing.

FINANCING: Secure favorable loan products. G/M understands how lenders underwrite commercial real estate, what information they need to do so, and the best way to present it.

LEASING: Landlord and tenant representation. Understanding both perspectives is vital to successful negotiation. G/M's extensive experience adds substantial value.

DEVELOPMENT: Assess potential and manage the process from beginning to end. G/M navigates through all phases of development — from market feasibility through bureaucratic approval.

INVESTMENT: Structure closed- and open-end Funds in accordance with client-directed investment criteria. Raise capital and provide a full complement of Fund advisory services.
